Bonotol sells live plants, garden-related products, plant accessories, gifting items, and other related products through its website and digital channels.

Since many of our products are natural and living items, customers understand and agree that:

• plant size, shape, color, leaf pattern, growth stage, and appearance may vary from the images shown;
• minor natural marks, leaf changes, seasonal variation, and growth differences are normal;
• plants may experience temporary stress during packaging, transport, or after delivery;
• product images are for representation and may include props, pots, or decorations unless specifically mentioned in the product description.

We try our best to provide healthy and carefully packed plants, but live plants require proper care after delivery.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Availability

All orders placed on Bonotol are subject to acceptance, payment confirmation, stock availability, serviceability of the delivery location, and internal verification.

We reserve the right to cancel, reject, limit, or modify any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

• delivery restrictions;

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines shown on the website are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delay, weather, strikes, natural events, incorrect address, remote location, festival load, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers must provide a complete and correct delivery address, phone number, and any required delivery instructions. Bonotol shall not be responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect address, unreachable customer, refusal to accept the parcel, or non-availability at the delivery location.

For live plants, the customer should open the package as soon as possible after delivery and follow proper care instructions.

6. Plant Care and Customer Responsibility

After delivery, the health and survival of a plant depends on several factors, including watering, sunlight, humidity, temperature, soil condition, potting method, pests, handling, and customer care.

Bonotol is not responsible for plant damage, decay, death, infection, pests, or poor growth caused by:

• overwatering or underwatering;
• wrong sunlight exposure;
• repotting shock;
• mishandling;
• use of unsuitable fertilizer or chemicals;
• delay in unpacking;
• placing plants in extreme heat, direct harsh sun, or unsuitable indoor conditions;
• customer negligence;
• use of the product in a way not intended for gardening, planting, or decoration.

7. Safety, Misuse, and Environmental Responsibility

Bonotol products, packaging materials, grow bags, pots, containers, soil, fertilizers, accessories, or related items must be used responsibly and only for their intended purpose.

Customers agree that Bonotol shall not be responsible for any accident, injury, illness, allergic reaction, poisoning, contamination, environmental damage, water contamination, harm to humans, pets, animals, plants, or any other living being caused by:

• inappropriate handling;
• misuse of products;
• unsafe storage;
• unsafe disposal;
• use other than normal gardening or plant-care purposes;
• keeping products within reach of children or pets;
• disposing containers, packaging, soil, chemicals, or other materials in a way that may contaminate the environment or water supply.

Customers are responsible for safe handling, use, storage, and disposal of all products and packaging.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Replacement

Return, refund, and replacement eligibility may vary depending on product type, delivery condition, product category, and the nature of the complaint.

Because live plants are perishable and sensitive items, refund or replacement requests may require:

• photos of the product and packaging;
• order ID;
• complaint raised within the specified time mentioned in our return/refund policy.

Bonotol reserves the right to reject claims where damage is caused after delivery due to mishandling, delayed unpacking, improper care, customer negligence, or lack of required proof.

We try to keep all website information accurate and updated. However, Bonotol does not guarantee that all product descriptions, prices, images, care instructions, availability, delivery estimates, or other content will always be error-free, complete, or current.

10. Intellectual Property and License

All content available on www.bonotol.com, Bonotol Android applications, digital platforms, product descriptions, images, graphics, banners, logos, layouts, designs, text, videos, icons, website materials, and other brand assets are owned by or licensed to Bonotol / NETFRY unless otherwise stated.

Some materials may be created by the Bonotol team using software, AI-assisted tools, design tools, development tools, or automation tools third party tools. Use of such tools does not grant any user or third party ownership rights over Bonotol’s final website materials, brand assets, content, or software.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, scrape, mirror, or commercially exploit any Bonotol content without our prior written permission.
